Georgia Personhood Amendment

Stand with fellow pro-life Georgians to support action that cherishes and protects the personhood of every individual!  Georgia Right to Life’s Personhood Amendment to the Georgia Constitution would add the following language to the Bill of Rights:

This State shall recognize the paramount right to life of all human beings as legal persons at any stage of development.

The Personhood Amendment Resolution would lay the foundation to end elective abortion, which has killed over 2 million pre-born children in Georgia, as well as the inhumane practices of infanticide, destructive embryonic research, cloning, and euthanasia.

By signing this petition, you declare and affirm to members of the Georgia General Assembly, as well as elected and appointed members of the Executive and Judicial Branches of the State of Georgia:

We the People of the State of Georgia affirm that the unalienable right to life applies without exception to every human person, from the moment of fertilization until natural death, regardless of individual characteristics, biological traits, or life situation.

Therefore, we reject the unjust ruling of Roe v. Wade, and other related cases that deny the inalienable right to life of pre-born human beings who are made in the image of God.

As a 100% pro-personhood voter, I urge you to support the Personhood Amendment Resolution and other efforts to re-establish equal protection under the law in our Constitution, legislature, executive agencies, and courts by firmly declaring that all human beings, in all stages and in all circumstances, are persons with rights.”
